Pallavi Engineering College Celebrates International Yoga Day, Promotes Health and Wellness.

Pallavi Engineering College celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and active participation from the management, Heads of Departments, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students.

The programme was presided over by Dr. Malka Naveen Kumar, Executive Director, who emphasized the importance of yoga in promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. He encouraged everyone to incorporate yoga into their daily routine for a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

The yoga session was conducted by Mr. A. Vishwa Kumar, Founder of Yoga & Fitness Institute, along with his team. An expert in Yoga, Fitness, Aerobics, Acupressure, and Dorn Therapy, Mr. Vishwa Kumar guided the participants through various yoga practices and highlighted their numerous health benefits.

The programme was graced by Dr. J. V. B. Subrahmanyam, Director; Dr. M. B. Raju, Principal; Dr. R. Prashanth Kumar, Vice Principal; and Mr. A. Sridhar, Administrative Officer. Heads of Departments, faculty members, non-teaching staff, and students actively participated in the event. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the college management made special arrangements for lunch for all the participants, which was appreciated by everyone present.
