Hyderabad 02/10/2020: Mahindra and Mahindra today unveiled its latest "Thar" suv at the VVC Mahindra dealers showroom at Kottaguda,Hitech city.
The new Mahindra Thar was launched by Hero Srikanth, VVC Motors Managing Director Rajendra Prasad, Mahindra & Mahindra Sales Regional Manager Bhupesh Kumar and Service Regional Manager Arindam Chowdhury.
Launched in the SUV segment, the new flagship is designed to be powerful with iconic design, high standard safety, comfort and more. Features like, front facing adjustable rear seats are the key feature for new Thar. The rear seats can be split 50:50. Safety features include electronic stability program, ABS with EBD, dual airbags, cruise control, hill hold and hill decent control, and Isofix child seat mounts for safety driving.
With 4 seating capacity, 18-inch alloy wheels, all-terrain tires, LED daytime running lights, front fog lamps, sporty front seats in the interior, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, smartwatch and smartphone connectivity , Power Windows, Central Locking with Remote Flip Key, Tiltable Steering.
The new Thar SUV will be available in two engine options and three variants. It is available in 2.0 liter petrol and 2.2 liter diesel engine options. The petrol torque is powered by a maximum of 150 horsepower.
