Hyderabad, 2 March 2026: Marking the holy month of Ramadan, Lulu Hypermarket organized a special Iftar gathering under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative. The event was held on Monday evening at Masjid-e-Quba in Tolichowki, where Iftar boxes were distributed to Muslims observing the fast.
Speaking on the occasion, Muhammed Shareef, Regional Manager, Lulu Group, stated that Ramadan is not only a month of fasting but also a time to practice values such as compassion, patience, and generosity. He emphasized that Lulu Group consistently undertakes community welfare initiatives as part of its commitment to social responsibility. “Serving society is everyone’s responsibility, and we will continue to organize such meaningful initiatives in the future,” he added.
Vishal Kumar, Deputy General Manager, Lulu Hypermarket, informed that 700 Iftar boxes were prepared and distributed, containing all essential items required for breaking the fast.
The event witnessed the participation of Lulu Group staff, mosque elders, committee members, and members of the local community.

I read the post about Lulu Group organizing a grand iftar where the retailer brought people together during the holy month of Ramadan to break their fast and share food in a spirit of community and generosity, something that shows how groups can give back in meaningful ways. I once got so overwhelmed with numbers that I needed online algebra class help to finish my homework before a big test, and that made me realize how support makes hard things easier.
