Mahbubnagar 05-09-2019: Citing legal issues and litigations with regard to Legend Golden Gateway venture spread over 55 acres of land at Chattanpally village of Shadnagar mandal in Mahabubnagar district, the customers have been alerted they should not buy plots in the venture.
According to Meka Srinivas, Director and Partner of Suvarna Bhoomi Developers and Constructions, already Suvarna Bhoomi Developers organisation has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Avenues Private Limited, for all kinds of rights for marketing the plots in the Legend Golden Gateway Venture.
However, defying the MoU the Legend Nageshwara Rao of Avenues Private Limited is doing his own marketing trying to sell off the plots in the 55 acres venture. Over this the Suvarnabhoomi developers have already put a petition in the Mahbubnagar Court against Legend Nageshwara Rao, as he is once again resorting reselling of the plots as per his own wish defying the earlier MoU. “We have already put a petition in the Mahabubnagar court against Legend Nageshwar, for defying the agreement and even got the injunction order in favour of suvarnabhoomi. Now we want to alert the customers not to buy the plots in the venture as they will be duped and may face grave loss in the future,” said Meka Srinivas.
