Anchored in CREDAIbility—CREDAI’s core philosophy that stands for trust, transparency, ethical practices, and consumer confidence this edition of the Property Show carries the theme ‘Permanent Ho Jao’, a confident call encouraging homebuyers to invest in Hyderabad and make the city their permanent home with long-term assurance. The exhibition exclusively showcases more than 300 RERA-approved projects, ensuring that visitors engage only with verified, compliant, and credible developments. Homebuyers can explore a comprehensive range of residential and commercial offerings, including apartments, villas, plotted developments, and office spaces across Hyderabad’s established residential zones and emerging growth corridors, all under one roof.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister & Minister for Finance and Planning, Government of Telangana, said Hyderabad is witnessing a major infrastructure transformation, with over 45 projects, including underpasses and road widening works worth more than Rs 7,000 crore, currently underway across the city. He added that key initiatives include Hi-tech City infrastructure packages, multi-level flyovers at major junctions, critical road widening projects, and upgrades to the southern corridor, ensuring balanced development across core areas, peripheral zones, and emerging growth corridors.
He further said that the Telangana Rising Vision launched after 2014 has positioned Hyderabad as a strong urban economic centre, driven by employment generation, innovation, and global investments. He noted that long-term urban planning initiatives such as the Blue Green Master Plan and the Comprehensive Mobility Plan are focused on sustainable and climate-resilient growth. He added that since December 2020, projects worth over ₹20,000 crore are under implementation, with the government continuing to extend full support, ensure faster clearances, and work closely with industry, reaffirming investor confidence even during election periods.
Addressing the gathering at the CREDAI Property Show, Mr N. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Hon’ble Minister for Irrigation & Civil Supplies, Government of Telangana, said, Hyderabad is emerging as a premier investment destination, with the Honourable Chief Minister and the Minister for IT and Industries actively attracting investments across IT, hospitality, tourism, and allied sectors. He added that the government is focused on making the city more liveable and affordable through world-class infrastructure, strong law and order, and a business-friendly environment. Built on a legacy of inclusivity and a cosmopolitan culture dating back to the Nizam era, Hyderabad continues to outperform growth expectations. He also said that the government is ensuring simplified and digitised approval processes and proactive measures to ease departmental clearances, including irrigation-related approvals, while maintaining continuous engagement with developers and industry stakeholders.
Addressing the gathering at the CREDAI Property Show Mr. K. Ramakrishna Rao (IAS), Chief Secretary, Government of Telangana, said Rural to urban migration remains the biggest driver of real estate growth in India, creating demand not only for housing but also for hospitality, retail, healthcare, and infrastructure. He added that over the next 15 to 20 years, India is expected to witness unprecedented urban migration, comparable to China’s transformation, presenting significant opportunities for the sector. He further emphasised that real estate contributes nearly eight percent to India’s GDP and is the largest employer after agriculture. He said that in Telangana, stamp and registration revenues have grown five to six times since 2014, annual revenue from stamps and registration department was approximately Rs.3000 Crore, today this figure has risen to nearly Rs. 15,000 Crore annually representing a 5 to 6 times increase. It is observed that number of registered documents have only doubled over the last decade, however the value of transitions has increased more than 5 times, indicating a sharp rise in per unit asset value. This largely driven by the expansion of Hyderabad’s growth corridors, and that despite a brief slowdown during the COVID period, the sector has rebounded strongly. He added that timely approvals, effective regulation, and transparency are critical to sustaining growth, protecting homebuyers, and enabling inclusive urban development.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. N. Jaideep Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “Hyderabad’s real estate sector continues to stand out nationally for its structural strength, long term stability, and resilience. The city has benefitted from consistent policy direction, proactive governance, and sustained investments in physical and social infrastructure, which together have created a strong foundation for orderly urban growth. This has translated into steady end-user demand, growing investor confidence, and a healthy balance across residential segments. Hyderabad today offers a compelling value proposition combining affordability relative to peer cities, expanding employment opportunities, and improving quality of life. For homebuyers, the current phase represents a strategic and timely opportunity to invest in a city that is clearly on a long-term growth trajectory, before the next cycle of price appreciation fully plays out.”
Mr. B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect, CREDAI Hyderabad, said, “Hyderabad has decisively evolved into a multi-dimensional global city, moving well beyond its identity as a technology hub to become a destination for innovation, lifestyle, and long-term capital investment. The city’s diversified economic base, growing global visibility, and focus on balanced urban development are driving sustained demand for quality housing across segments. The CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show is curated with the theme ‘Permanent Ho Jao’ to reflect this evolution and encourage people to purchase their dream home and become permanent residents of the city. It offers homebuyers transparency, choice, and direct access to trusted developers, enabling them to evaluate options clearly and make confident, well-informed purchase decisions.”
