Bengaluru tech summit 2026 to bring global tech leaders together under ‘ai & beyond’

Hyderabad, September 11, 2026: The Government of Karnataka has announced the 29th edition of Bengaluru Tech Summit (BTS) 2026, Asia’s largest technology event, to be held from November 17 to 19, 2026, at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC). The Summit will be organised under the theme “AI & Beyond.”

As part of the roadshow for BTS 2026, the Government of Karnataka hosted an Industry Interaction Meet in Hyderabad, bringing together technology industry leaders, global technology companies, investors, entrepreneurs and startup representatives to explore opportunities and build stronger industry-government collaboration.

Shri Sharath Kumar Bache Gowda, Member of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly and Chairman, KEONICS, addressed the Industry Interaction Meet and highlighted the significance of Bengaluru Tech Summit in strengthening Karnataka’s position as a global technology and innovation hub.

With nearly three decades of legacy, Bengaluru Tech Summit 2026 is set to provide a major global platform for technology and innovation, bringing together entrepreneurs, investors, researchers, policymakers and industry leaders. The Summit will focus on emerging and transformative areas including Artificial Intelligence, DeepTech, Electronics & Semiconductors, Biotechnology, Startups, AVGC and other frontier technologies.

The 2026 edition is expected to attract 1,800+ exhibitors, 25,000+ delegates, 1,000+ technology startups and more than 60,000 business visitors from over 75 countries and 30+ States and Union Territories of India.

The three-day Summit will feature multiple conference tracks covering AI & DeepTech, Fintech, Health & Biotech, Spacetech, India-USA Tech Conclave and Global Collaboration. Emerging areas such as Digital Infrastructure & Data Centres, Circular Economy, Orange Economy and Electric Mobility will also receive focused attention.

A large-scale multi-pavilion exhibition will showcase innovations and breakthrough technologies across sectors. The Summit will also provide extensive opportunities for networking, investor engagement, global partnerships and knowledge sharing.

A major attraction will be the Future Makers programme, which will connect high-potential startups with investors, mentors and global markets. The programme will include investor pitching sessions, one-on-one mentoring clinics, discussions on scaling and fundraising, a Startup Showcase and the Future Makers Conclave.

Another key highlight of BTS 2026 will be the co-location of the maiden India edition of embedded world India by NuernbergMesse India, focusing on electronics, semiconductors and embedded systems.

BTS 2026 is expected to build on the success of previous editions with an expanded exhibition, international country delegations, startup programmes, investor engagements, specialised conference tracks and knowledge-sharing platforms.
