Hyderabad 9th July 2022: The Telangana Iron & Steel Manufacturers Association (TISMA) has organised an Interactive session with Hon’ble Minister State for Steel & Rural Development Shri. Faggan Singh Kulaste on Saturday, at Hotel Radisson Blu, Banjarahills, Hyderabad.
Hon’ble Minister State for Steel & Rural Development Shri. Faggan Singh Kulaste was the Chief Guest at the Function.President Shri. Sunil Kumar Saraf, Vice President Shri. Neeraj Goenka, General Secretary Shri. Vinod Kumar Agarwal (MPL Group), Joint Secretary Shri Sudhanshu Shekar, Treasurer Shri Vinod Kumar Agarwal, Executives Members & all other members of TISMA have participated in the meeting. President Shri Saraf welcomed Hon’ble Chief Guest and briefed about the activities of TISMA, highlighting that TISMA is producing 3.6 million Tonnes of finished product per annum, contributing Rs. 3000 Crores towards GST to the National Exchequer & providing direct Employment to over 50,000 people.
Shri. Saraf has also thanked the union Government for taking up the issues of Steel Manufacturers, particularly the export/import duties, logistics constrains, R&D etc. helping domestic Steel Industry to improve and maintain its competitiveness in the Global Market.
Shri. K. Bhaskar Reddy President, Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI) who graced the occasion as Guest-of- Honour also brought out various issues faced by Telangana State. He appealed to the Chief Guest to give special care to the 3 Adivasi districts of Telangana.
