Hyderabad, 3nd August 2024: 11th Yugapradhan Acharyashri Mahashramanji Ji, the Terapant Yuvak Parishad organized a mega blood donation drive for a month under the guidance of Akhil Bharatiya Therapant Yuvak Parishad. A total of 42 blood donation camps were organized with the help of 25 blood banks in Hyderabad to create awareness about the importance of blood donation and help humanity in its path. Under the inspiration of Terapant Yuvak Parishad President Abhinandan Nahata, his cabinet and Parishad volunteers organized blood donation camps at various places including colleges, industries, MNCs, housing societies and religious places to create awareness among the general public about blood donation. Throughout the month more than 350 donors were first-time donors at the locations and all age groups above 18 years came forward for this noble cause. People from various walks of life be it workers, IT professionals, students or housewives showed great enthusiasm.
Mega Blood Donation Drive Rhythm Telangana State Convenor Rahul Shyamsukha (Ex-TYP President) and Ashish Dak were joined by Hyderabad Convenor Manoj Jain (Blood Bank) and Shrenik Golcha (MBDD Rhythm). Great efforts were made to make this noble blood donation a success. Vice President Manish Patavri, Vinay Nahata, Secretary Anil Dugar, Vice Secretary Jinendra Sethia, Saurabh Bhandari, Organization Minister Jinender Baid visited various camps and boosted the morale of the volunteers and donors who are doing a wonderful job in this noble cause. Olwyn Wires and Cables acted as the sole event sponsor. Managing Director Shri Lakshmiwas Jhanwar praised the efforts of the entire team. NTT Data's Israel, Manisha, Shilpa Gupta, Yashwant and Sai along with their CSR team, Avinash College of Commerce Principal Dr. Srikanta, Savitri Ji presided over the camps in their respective positions and felicitated the donors. Women showed great enthusiasm and participation for a special women's camp organized at DV Colony Terapant Bhawan with the support of Mahavir International Udon, Terapant Mahila Mandal, Secunderabad Sabha and TTF. Koti Vidya Mandir School Trustee Mr. Sachin Ji Soni donated blood for a record 108 times and set an example for people of different ages and walks of life. He is truly an inspiration to the entire community. Members of Terapant Kishore mandal, Pranjal Dugar, Samyak Kothari, Rishab Chindalia, Jai Pincha, Gaurag Ghodawat, Gaurav Kothari, Prateek Kothari and others gave their services with great enthusiasm. Mahila Mandal member Shakuntala Butcha, Shweta Sethia and Sunita Bohra have rendered their services.
