Telangana Government’s Builder Module Emerges as a Game-Changer for Builders and Customers

Hyderabad, November 07, 2025: The Telangana Government has introduced a new Builder Module within the user module of the Registration Department, enabling builders to conveniently book group slots and significantly streamline the property registration process. This innovative digital system is helping both builders and customers save valuable time while ensuring high accuracy in documentation. With the new module, even multiple registrations are now being completed within just 10 minutes.

The effectiveness of this system was witnessed today at the Shankarpalli Sub-Registrar Office, where Mr. Basit Khan successfully completed five registrations and handed over the documents.
