This prestigious event, organized by the Final Year students of Brand CAI, will be held on Friday, 20th October, 2023 at Kohinoor hall 1, Culinary Academy of India, Begumpet, Hyderabad from 1.30pm onwards. The theme for this year’s International Chefs Day is “Growing Great Chefs” which aims to recognize the importance of culinary education and the nurturing of young talent in the culinary industry. Telangana’s significant contribution to the rice production sector has played a vital role in shaping the culinary landscape, and we believe it is essential to acknowledge and celebrate this achievement.
The event will feature the final year students cooking various rice dishes of the country and displayed in a unique and innovative way. It will be a fantastic opportunity to network with fellow professionals, and explore the diverse culinary traditions that rice has influenced.
