Hyderabad, 9 June 2025 — Staying healthy through exercise, yoga, and cycling is possible, said Marri Lakshma Reddy, Chairman of MLR Educational Institutions. He, along with the institution’s director Abhishek, flagged off the 5K and 10K run organized by SFN Fight Night near Sanjeevaiah Park in Hyderabad.


He emphasized that just 30 minutes of daily exercise can significantly improve both physical and mental well-being. Activities like walking and running can help reduce the risk of chronic illnesses, he noted. He urged the youth to make exercise a daily habit for a healthier life.
