Hyderabad, September 10, 2026: Prudential Health India (Prudential HCL Health Insurance Limited) has launched its first brand campaign, ‘Sense Banta Hai’, a digital-first campaign that uses humour and relatable family moments to highlight the need for simpler, clearer and more supportive health insurance experiences.

The campaign is built around the belief that health insurance should make things clearer rather than more complicated, helping families make confident decisions before, during and after a health event. Through everyday situations, the campaign questions some of the complexities associated with health insurance and presents practical alternatives designed around real customer needs.

The campaign features three films highlighting Prudential Health India’s key offerings. Child Protect showcases how parents can go beyond basic precautions and take a more strategic approach to protecting their child’s health and future. Pre-Post Express Pay focuses on the difficulties of managing physical medical bills during recovery and demonstrates how the feature is designed to simplify the reimbursement experience. The third film focuses on health check-up consultations, highlighting how professional medical guidance can help families better understand health reports and make informed decisions.

Speaking about the campaign, Amit Dave, MD & CEO Designate, Prudential Health India, said the company aims to build a health insurer that supports customers before, during and after a health event. He highlighted Child Protect, Pre-Post Express Pay and doctor consultations as examples of solutions designed to go beyond financial protection and address practical customer needs.

Manesha Kulkarni Colaco, Chief Marketing Officer, Prudential Health India, said the campaign was developed from insights gathered through primary research with consumers, advisors and other stakeholders. According to her, ‘Sense Banta Hai’ is intended not only as a campaign platform but also as a decision standard for the company, with products, services and customer experiences evaluated against whether they address real needs in a clear, relevant and helpful manner.

Created by TBWA\Lintas, the campaign features actor Sharib Hashmi and combines everyday family dynamics with product-led storytelling. The campaign has been rolled out through an integrated digital strategy, introducing Prudential Health India’s approach to health insurance to consumers across digital platforms.

With ‘Sense Banta Hai’, Prudential Health India seeks to communicate its proposition through simple, relatable stories while highlighting solutions aimed at making health insurance easier to understand and more relevant to everyday customer needs.
