A Palamuru boy who had successfully cracked the Symbiosis Law Admission Test (SLAT) admission entrance exam at Symbiosis International University in Pune recently, is seeking crowd funding to support for his education.
The boy named Dhanunjay Babu Chowhan from Mahabubnagar district belonging to backward Tribal community has cracked the SLAT exam conducted by Symbiosis International University and got selected for admission in to 5 year BBA (LLB) Honors programme for the batch 2023-2028 at Symbiosis Law School in Pune.
However as the boy hails from a poor scheduled tribe community his family is not able to afford the tuition, hostel and mess fees which is more than Rs. 6.35 lakhs per year. In view of this, the boy’s family has sought crowdfunding from the general public and philanthropists to support the boy's education at the prestigious international Sysmbiosis Deemed to be University.
