Hyderabad, 6th August 2023: In view of much awaited " Paithrukolsavam 2023" , a cultural fusion organized under both Telangana and Kerala govt, a declaration
programme namely WALKATHON will be organized on 6th August, here at
Hyderabad.
Walkathon will start 7.30 am at Hussain Sagar Lake as a meet point and
the colourful procession of tens of thousands of participants from both
states with traditional costumes of Kerala and telagana, will March to
Secretariat.
The Walkathon programme will be inaugurated by our honourable
Justice Dr. G..Radharani on 6th August, and the prestigious event will ear mark scores of unique traditional and cultural shows like Singari melam, mohiniyattam, kathakali, King Maveli,etc. Libi Benjamin Gen.Convener,Kv Devarajan Advisior & Others participated in this program.
The main events Paithrukolsavam, aimed to commemorate the
traditional art and culture of both states, commenced on 30th Sept, 1st,
2nd of Oct at various stages as well as at Lalitha kalathoranam,
Hyderabad .
To make Paithrukolsavam more eventful , also organized a "Vintage
Games" from both states on 13th August , at Hyderabad
