Nestlé Business Solutions announces Hyderabad as location for its new Global Capability Center in India.

Hyderabad,July 08: Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS), the shared services arm of the Nestlé Group, has announced Hyderabad as the location for its new Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. The center will be established under Nestlé Business Services India Private Limited in partnership with Genpact, an agentic and advanced technology solutions company.

The new GCC marks an important step in strengthening Nestlé's global business services network and building future-ready capabilities to provide broader services across geographies. It also reinforces the company's long-term commitment to India's growth.

Genpact will bring its expertise in process intelligence, data, artificial intelligence (AI), and automation to help Nestlé simplify, standardize, and scale its business services.

Luca Fichera, Head of NBS, said the Hyderabad center represents a new chapter in Nestlé's growth journey and reflects the company's confidence in India's talent and capabilities. He said Hyderabad was selected because of its strong technology ecosystem, robust infrastructure, and growing reputation as one of India's leading global capability destinations. He added that the partnership with Genpact would help deliver greater value, consistency, and innovation.
