Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav participated in the National Fishermen's Day organized@ Harithplaza



Hyderabad, 10th July 2023: Talasani Srinivas Yadav, State Minister for Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development and Cinematography said that Telangana government's aim is to make Telangana state a carafe address for rich fishermen. He participated and spoke as the chief guest at the National Fishermen's Day organized at Harita Plaza in Begumpet on Monday. For the convenience of fishermen, the minister launched Mee Seva App under the auspices of the Fisheries Department. Fishermen can pay the lease of fish ponds directly to your service. He said that only after the formation of Telangana state, light came in the lives of fishermen. On this occasion, he reminded that the ponds under the jurisdiction of the Panchayat Raj were also brought under the jurisdiction of the Fisheries Department. He expressed confidence that the fishery wealth of the state has increased significantly with the programs implemented by the government and that the state of Telangana will develop to the level of exporting to other states and countries in the coming days. He said that he should not lose money by selling fish at a low price by believing the tricks of the brokers. He said that free training on different types of fish dishes was done with the intention of encouraging women fishermen. On this occasion, the Minister presented certificates of appreciation and mementos to the officials of the Fisheries Department who provided better services in the membership registration program of fishermen and honored them with a shawl. Special Chief Secretary of Animal Husbandry Department Adhar Sinha, Commissioner of Fisheries Department Lacchiram Bhukya, fishermen, women fishermen and officials from various districts participated in this program.
