Lions Club of Hyderabad Honors Over 100 Poets

Hyderabad, India, 3^rd September 2025. :To commemorate the centenary celebrations of the legendary poet Dasarathi Krishnamacharyulu, the Lions Club of Hyderabad Poorva, Lions International, and Sarvejana Sukhinobhavanthu jointly organized a grand felicitation ceremony at Sundarayya Vignana Kendram on Monday.

More than 100 poets were honored during the program. Lions Club of Hyderabad District Governor Lion G. Mahender Kumar Reddy presented awards to the poets. The event was held under the leadership of Lion E.S. Suryanarayana, Lion N. Mahesh, Lion Surya Teja, and Lion Pavan Kumar, with Mandadi Krishna Reddy presiding as the Chairperson.

Distinguished guests included Lion Dr. Shashikanth (Special Guest), Lion Chennakeshava Reddy, Juluri Raghu, Bandaru Prakash, Dr. Yadayya Goud, Lion Bandaru Sujatha Shekhar, PRK Nagaraju, G. Raghupati Reddy, and Umashankar Reddy, among others, who graced the occasion.
