KIMS Sunshine Begumpet Brings World-Class AI Technology to Hyderabad

Hyderabad, October 28, 2025:  KIMS Sunshine Hospitals, Begumpet, has announced the launch of its ‘Enhanced Patient Safety with Smart Wards’ program in partnership with Dozee, a global pioneer in AI-powered Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Early Warning Systems (EWS). 

This initiative marks a transformative step in hospital care — bringing AI-enabled continuous monitoring beyond intensive care units (ICUs) and into general wards. The Smart Ward Program will enhance patient safety, clinical vigilance, and operational efficiency across KIMS Sunshine Hospitals. 

Under the program, select wards will be equipped with Dozee’s patented contactless RPM and EWS technology, which continuously tracks heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure, SpO₂, and temperature through a thin sensor placed beneath the mattress. The system’s AI engine converts this data into actionable insights and early warning scores, alerting clinicians hours before visible signs of patient deterioration. This real-time, centralized monitoring enables faster intervention, reduces preventable adverse events, and ultimately saves lives.
