Hyderabad, January 21, 2026:The popular South Indian café chain Kanchi Cafe has opened its new branch in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The inauguration event was graced by Serilingampally MLA Shri Arekepudi Gandhi, who attended as the Chief Guest.

Speaking to the media on the occasion, Shri Arekepudi Gandhi congratulated the management of Kanchi Cafe for introducing authentic South Indian cuisine inspired by traditional Kanchipuram dishes, served at affordable prices in a modern café-style ambience.

Kanchi Cafe was jointly founded by Mr. Uday Srinivas Tangella, founder of Tea Time and Kanchi Cafe, along with partners Prasad Sakamuri, Srikanth Nunna, Parthasaradhi Katta, and Phanibabu, who together bring over 15 years of rich experience in the food and beverage industry.


The management informed the media that Kanchi Cafe already has successful branches in Hitech City, Manikonda, Kurnool, Kompally, and Nagole. Encouraged by the overwhelming response from customers, the brand is set to expand further with upcoming branches in Goa and Hanamkonda in the near future.


The Kanchi Cafe menu features a wide range of South Indian delicacies, including dosas, idlis, thatte idlis, filter coffee, and other traditional tiffins and snacks.


Also present at the event were Serilingampally Corporator Shri Ragam Nagender Yadav, Serilingampally Traffic Additional DCP Shri Hanumanth Rao, Gachibowli Inspector Shri Balaraju, Traffic Inspector Shri Suresh, and the owners of the Kondapur branch of Kanchi Cafe.
