A high-level panel discussion brought together policymakers, utility leaders, industry experts, and project developers to discuss the future of solar and renewable energy in the state.

The discussion covered the complete lifecycle of renewable energy projects, from bidding and financial closure to construction, grid integration, and long-term operations.
