Culinary Academy of India has come out with a Millet Cook Book with very easy to make millet dishes

Hyderabad,12th February 2023: Indian Federation of Culinary Associations a National Member of World Societies of Chef Society is conducting the 9th International Culinary Congress at The Ashok , New Delhi from 11th to 13th February 2023.

Culinary Academy of India is the Culinary Education Partner of the event.CAI is in Delhi with the largest delegation in Delhi for the event.This years is declared as the Internation Year of Millets by the UN on the recommendation of our Honble Prime Minister Shri Narender Modi Ji IFCA has partnered with Union Ministry Of Agriculture and want to promote Millets at national level.

Culinary Academy of India has come out with a Millet Cook Book with very easy to make millet dishes.Chef Akshay Kulkarni Head of the Department of CAI and Chef Syed Attique Senior Chef Instructor have authored this book.They have visited the millet clusters in Telangana and have compiled these recipes.

The Honble Minister of State (Agriculture) Shri. Kailash Choudhary was the chief guest for the event and in his address stressed the importance of Millets and role chefs can play in popularizing the millet cuisine.He appreciated the various initiatives taken up by CAI and he congratulated the students who have come to the conference dressed in a typical Telangana Farmer attire and bringing the millets from Telangana and displaying it at the venue.
