Bike Rally marks 75th Independence day celebrations in Mahabubnagar

Bike rallies were held by different organizations like Banks and NGO foundations marking the 75th Foundation day celebrations of India’s independence on Monday.

As part of this, Ravi Foundation under the auspices of Ravi Children’s Hospital took out a bike rally from New Town in Mahabubnagar district and dedicated the rally for all those martyrs who had sacrificed their lives for the cause of India’s independence. While speaking on the occasion Dr. Sekhar, Medical Director and Chairman of Ravi foundation said that marking the 75 years of India’s independence they have conducted Freedom Bike Rally with 75 bikes for 75 kilometers.

The participants in the bike rally raised patriotic slogans and chanted ‘Bharat Maataaki Jai’ and Jai Hind.

Along with Ravi Foundation Head Dr. V Shekhar, Dr. Prem, Krishna, Venu, Munir, Sailu and others participated in this program.

In an another programme, the APGVB bank authorities also conducted a bike rally in the district from Yenugond to Bhageeratha colony marking the 75 years of India’s independence day celebrations.

The regional bank manager of APGVB bank informed that the bank which is regarded as poor man’s bank is coming up with all kinds of banking services and particularly focusing on providing loans to agriculture farmers, students, self help women groups, unemployed youth and others. They bank authorities said that in the coming days their banking services will further spread in to the villages and provide banking services to the door steps of the people.
