Hyderabad, October 6, 2024: BC Welfare Minister Ponnam Prabhakar suggested Gowda Officials and Professionals Association to take initiative for the upliftment of rural Gowda youth. He asked to take awareness measures to create wide awareness about education, employment opportunities and society. He was the chief guest at the swearing-in ceremony of Gopa's new executive committee held at Neera Cafe, Necklace Road, Hyderabad. It is suggested that plans should be prepared so that one lakh membership can be achieved in a hundred days. Gowda assured that he will take the lead in the government to support the children in every way. Former minister Srinivas Goud said that Gowda caste associations should work with the aim of comprehensive development of Gowda castes.
